Job Description
What role you will play in team: Expand our customer base by acquiring new clients for our insurance products.
What you will do: You will focus on selling various insurance products, handling client queries, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key responsibility:
- Identify and contact potential clients for various insurance products
- Explain the benefits and features of our insurance policies
- Handle client queries and resolve complaints
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales
- Comply with all regulatory guidelines and company procedures
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the insurance sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of various insurance products and the Indian insurance market
- IRDA certification (preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation
