Insurance Business Development Specialist

What role you will play in team: Expand our customer base by acquiring new clients for our insurance products.

What you will do: You will focus on selling various insurance products, handling client queries, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and contact potential clients for various insurance products
• Explain the benefits and features of our insurance policies
• Handle client queries and resolve complaints
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales
• Comply with all regulatory guidelines and company procedures

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the insurance sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth understanding of various insurance products and the Indian insurance market
• IRDA certification (preferred)
