Skill Requirements
- Experience in design and development of Automotive Instrument Pannel, specially Glove Box.
- MUST have done at least 2 /3 specific Glove Box designs in a team lead capacity.
- Must have exposure to high end design glove Box such as Ambient lights, Cooling , .
- Good understanding of safety requirements involved in Glove Box design.
- Vey well conversant with different types of manufacturing process involved
- Must have design knowledge to lead from surface analysis to part design.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding the customer requirements, managing meetings , feedbacks
- Team management work allocation , execution and monitoring
