Job Description
Job Purpose : To support day to day operations of the plant, monthly reporting, support finalization of accounts and statutory compliance
:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring day to day accounting in SAP, including WBS, Capital Advance and Assets Capitalisation
- Maintenance of Financial & Cost records, Weekly cost forecast and Monthly cost sheet, MIS etc
- Preparation of Annual / Mid-term business budget
- Provide necessary support for periodical closing of books of accounts as per schedule and handling quarterly audit
- ICFR and other Finance related operation at plant level
- Ensure compliance of tax laws applicable- TDS, GST etc.
- Ensuring availability of data and records for successful completion of periodic and annual audit.
- Liaising with Govt. Authorities, Banks etc as required.
Qualifications: B. Com/ M. Com
Desirable:
Work Experience: 4-6 years
Essential: MS Excel and SAP knowledge
Desirable: Experience in manufacturing setup, Knowledge of Accounting Standards will be an added Advantage
