Job Description
- As a Fashion Consultant for GUESS Jeans brand, your role will involve providing personalized fashion advice to clients based on their style, preferences, body type, and lifestyle. You will need to keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, seasonal collections, and emerging designers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting outfits and accessories from the store, coordinating with visual merchandisers to ensure the store displays reflect current trends, and building a strong client base through high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized fashion advice based on clients" preferences, body type, and lifestyle.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, seasonal collections, and emerging designers.
- Assist customers in selecting outfits and accessories.
- Coordinate with visual merchandisers to maintain current trend displays.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service.
- Support the sales team in achieving store targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with stylists, designers, and store managers for inventory planning and customer feedback.
- Offer styling tips for special events, professional attire, or everyday fashion.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred.
- Proven experience in fashion consulting, styling, retail, or personal shopping.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, color theory, body shapes, and fabrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Creative mindset.
