Experience : 4 to 5 years
Maintaining day to day accounting work and providing guidance to juniors.
Reporting to Director on issues relating to the Accounts and Taxation (Income Tax and GST).
Coordinating with Tax consultants to smoothly work on Finalization of Accounts and resolving issues.
Co- ordinating with Company CS / CA for ROC related work.
Co -ordinating with Banker for various documents related to loan
Visit to the factory to check the physical stock of Materials. Cost Audit work.
Quarterly checking of ledgers to review to avoid delay.
Assistance to lead auditor in planning and managing audit mandates, including documentation
Direct Tax Profile
Assistance in Computation of income tax of the company through consultant.
Assistance to Consultant for Income Tax Assessments.
Handling Income Tax Assessment with coordinating with auditor and Income tax officers.
Assistance in filing Income Tax returns of the companies. Handling independently Tax Audit and
Preparation of 34 A, B & C working with books and TDS returns (for tax audit purpose).
Quarterly reconciliation with 26AS and Books.
Review the payment of TDS (salary and Non- Salary), PF and other taxes paid on time or not.
Filing quarterly TDS returns and issue form 16A and 16.
Solving TDS returns queries which arise during filing of returns and reply to vendors and income tax department on those Queries.
Indirect Tax Profile
Handling Indirect Taxation (eg. GST, Labour Cess)
Filing Return GST - 1 and GSTR-3B.
Handling GST related work (GST payment, returns GST-1 and GSTr-3B and other GST related
Work).
Monthly ITC reconciliation with books and 2B
Maintain monthly input tax credit data.
Assistance to Consultant in filing of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9 C.
Giving reply to GST Dept. for assessment conducted by the GST Department.
Ledger & group reconciliation
Inter group company reconciliation
