Job Description
Tata Digital is looking to onboard an experienced payments compliance professional to strengthen our regulatory oversight for UPI and BBPS products.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 79 years (Bank / Fintech preferred)
What youll do:
- Lead end-to-end regulatory compliance for UPI & BBPS.
- Interpret and implement RBI / NPCI / BBPS regulatory updates.
- Drive compliance testing, self-attestations, and closure of action points.
- Partner with business teams during product design & launch to mitigate regulatory risks.
- Manage regulatory reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder interactions.
- Maintain strong governance, documentation, and audit readiness.
What were looking for:
- Deep understanding of the payments regulatory landscape.
- Hands-on experience in compliance reviews, testing, and corrective actions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business execution.
- Sharp reporting, MIS, and presentation skills.
