Compliance Manager- UPI/ BBPS

Tata Digital is looking to onboard an experienced payments compliance professional to strengthen our regulatory oversight for UPI and BBPS products.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 79 years (Bank / Fintech preferred)

What youll do:

• Lead end-to-end regulatory compliance for UPI & BBPS.
• Interpret and implement RBI / NPCI / BBPS regulatory updates.
  
• Drive compliance testing, self-attestations, and closure of action points.
• Partner with business teams during product design & launch to mitigate regulatory risks.
• Manage regulatory reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder interactions.
• Maintain strong governance, documentation, and audit readiness.

• Deep understanding of the payments regulatory landscape.
• Hands-on experience in compliance reviews, testing, and corrective actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business execution.
• Sharp reporting, MIS, and presentation skills.
