Expert Financial Analyst(General Ledger)

Mandatory Skills required:-

• 8+ years of experience of accounting and General ledger
• Expert level knowledge on Excel, Formulas , Pivot Table etc
• Nice to Have: Microsoft Excel; Power Query and Power Pivot data modeling augmented with DAX language
• Nice to Have: Power BI; Power Query, DAX language, dashboard visualizations
• Nice to Have: experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  
• Must be willing to work in US Shifts
• Must have good communication skills
  

Responsibilities:-

• Assist in monitoring business departments/units adherence to approved budget
• Assesses existing and proposed financial plans and projects as related to organizations long term goals and objectives

• Assists with oversight of the analysis of financial data and works with departments to modify individual forecast/budget submissions to ensure consolidated view is in line with financial targets
• Responsible for introducing and managing strategic initiatives that will measurably enhance business practice
• Responsible for timely and accurate financial statements, financial forecasts, financial management information, and strong internal control environment With the highest ethical standards, responsible for creation of strategies and models that will assist the business unit in achieving financial goals and measurably improve business practices, including areas such as revenue recognition, internal systems and reporting - Identifies and recruits internal/external talents to ensure effective mix of competencies Inducts new joiners in order to quickly maximize performance - Sets and communicates team/individual objectives and KPIs to inspire individuals to achieve high performance
