Job Description
Qualification: CASkills required:- Strong Technical knowledge of direct taxes - Hands-on experience in dealing with Tax audit , Tax returns and Assessment- Analytical skills & conceptual clarity- Effective communication and presentation skillsJob Deliverables:Responsible for overall direct tax management of group entities. The role shall include managing the overall direct tax functions relating to tax assessment of Renewable Group, internal reporting and tax management and tax accounting. This shall inter-alia include:- Manage all direct tax assessment related activities which includes income tax and TDS assessment - Represent before income tax authorities- Review of orders and filing appeals before DRP/CIT(A)/ITAT- Report status of assessment and appeals to management and Unit CFOs on regular basis- Manage internal reporting relating to assessment- Ensure compliance with all business level tax policies and procedures- Tax planning issues related to merger/acquisition/ slump sale etc.- Advise and assist on Tax Accounting including Deferred tax (ref:iimjobs.com)
