Area Manager Land & Lease

1.Land Management:

a) Maintain accurate records and a comprehensive database of all company-owned and leased land.

b) Manage land surveys, demarcations, and boundary disputes.

2.Lease Management:

a) Negotiate, draft, and finalize lease agreements, licenses, and other occupancy arrangements for various company assets (residential, commercial, industrial).

b) Ensure timely renewal, termination, and amendment of lease contracts.

d) Manage rental payments, escalations, and related financial obligations.

3.Legal Compliance & Advisory:

a) Provide expert legal advice and guidance on land, property, and lease-related matters to various internal departments.

b) Ensure strict adherence to all relevant local, state, and national laws and regulations concerning land ownership, usage, and leasing.

c) Manage litigation and legal disputes pertaining to land and property, coordinating with external legal counsel as needed.

4.Stakeholder Management:

a) Liaise effectively with government bodies, local authorities, legal firms, landlords, and other external stakeholders.

b) Collaborate with internal teams including Projects, Operations, Finance, and HR to support their land and property requirements.

5.Documentation & Record Keeping:

a) Oversee the preparation, execution, and registration of all legal documents related to land and lease.

b) Establish and maintain a robust system for document management, ensuring accessibility, security, and integrity of critical records.

Decide the strategies for FAM division based on proposed downstream development and work out plan for its Land, Lease & Legal requirements.

Graduation in any stream (LLB preferred)
