Manager - Compliance

Reporting To:

Chief Financial Officer

Main Purpose of Job:

• Provide support to TSSEZL F&A Group on Taxation, Business Analysis, Compliance and Risk Management
• Work in SAP Environment

Key Accountabilities:

1.Budget and Budgetary Control

• Preparation of Annual and Long-Term Plans in line with the strategy of the Company
• Financial Modelling for strategic projects

2.MIS Reporting

• Reporting of various reports including compliances against various plans and budgets

3.Financial Planning and Analysis

• Capital expenditure evaluation and vetting
• Tracking and measuring of improvement projects

4.Liquidity Management

• Fund and Liquidity Management including parking of funds with mutual funds/liquid instruments
• Preparation of cash budgets and arranging source of funding

5.Risk Management

• Implementing and tracking Risk Management Framework in line with COSO in the Company

• Tracking competitor performance and actions
• Benchmarking initiatives to improve Company’s performance

7.Vetting of legal agreements from F&A perspective

• Vetting of commercial contracts from F&A perspective

8.Taxation and Statutory Compliances

• Compliance to Direct and Indirect Tax Laws

Experience & Qualifications:

• CA / ICWA with at least 3 years of experience
• Degree in CS and/or Legal will be an added advantage
