Tata Tele Business Services - Presales Manager

PSS Microsoft 365:
- Own pre-sales technical knowledge for managed Microsoft 365 solutions across productivity, security, compliance, and identity.
- Partner with sales to qualify opportunities, shape solution strategy, and position managed services value (SLA-led operations, monitoring, support).
- Lead customer discovery workshops to understand current environment, pain points, and target outcomes; document requirements and assumptions.
- Design high-level managed M365 architectures covering licensing, governance, security controls, endpoint management, and service operations.
- Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts that connect technical capabilities to business value and ROI.

- Provide technical inputs for proposals including scope, solution description, and managed service delivery approach.
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and partners to ensure feasibility and smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation.
- Enable internal teams by sharing best practices, competitive differentiators, and creating customer-ready technical collateral.
