What You'll Do:

• Lead client relationships with clarity and strategic thinking
• Gather business requirements & ensure timely, accurate deliveries
• Build & maintain reporting dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau
• Monitor key KPIs and translate them into actionable strategies
• Perform statistical modeling and deep analysis to uncover trends
• Translate data into stories - insights that stakeholders can act on
• Leverage analytics to improve digital journeys and business growth
• Support clients with ad-hoc analysis, tool setup, and analytics governance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive analytics-driven decision-making

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years hands-on with Google Analytics / GA4
• Proficiency in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
• Intermediate to advanced SQL
• Sharp logical thinking & problem-solving ability
• Strong dashboarding & data visualization capabilities
• Excellent client communication & documentation skills

Good To Have:

• Working knowledge of GTM, Google Ads, BigQuery, DV360
• Exposure to statistical techniques for in-depth analysis
• Strong business acumen - understands what moves client metrics
• Background in analytics consulting or service-based delivery
• Familiarity with SLA frameworks and quality delivery KPIs
