Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and analytically minded Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is central to our organizational strategy, focusing on identifying and securing 'A' player talent who possess the potential to significantly contribute to and elevate our future business trajectory. This is not a transactional HR role; it is a mission to build high-performing teams, demanding strategic partnership, analytical rigor, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities & Strategic Deliverables
1. Strategic Partnership & Sourcing:
- Business Alignment: Partner closely with business unit leaders and hiring managers to develop a clear understanding of critical manpower requirements and subsequently formulate highly effective, data-informed sourcing strategies.
- Full-Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring professional execution from initial candidate sourcing and stringent screening through to negotiation and successful onboarding.
- Pipeline Generation: Drive collaboration with external search partners, specialized job boards, and internal functional teams to proactively build strong, sustainable talent pipelines.
2. Assessment & Candidate Experience:
- Talent Evaluation: Conduct deep assessments to evaluate candidates based not only on essential skills but also on culture fit and long-term organizational potential.
- Process Efficiency: Manage all coordination for interviews and assessments, ensuring a polished, seamless, and positive candidate experience reflective of our employer value proposition.
3. Data Integrity & Performance Optimization:
- Recruitment Operations: Maintain the highest level of data accuracy and integrity within the KEKA Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and all recruitment trackers.


- Hiring Efficiency: Utilize an analytical mindset to continuously read, interpret, and report on key hiring metrics. Drive actionable improvements aimed at enhancing hiring efficiency, reducing backout rates, and accelerating closure timelines.
- Branding Support: Support and represent the organization in targeted employer branding activities, campus relations, and key industry engagement events.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Core Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end professional recruitment.
- Sourcing Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in sourcing qualified candidates across diverse, modern channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, specialist job portals).
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills required for effective collaboration with senior management.
- Technical Proficiency: Mandatory proficiency in KEKA ATS, advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, and assessment platforms like Mettl.
- Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to analyze complex hiring metrics (TAT, source-of-hire, conversion ratios) and use these insights to drive strategic recruitment decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Branding & Reporting: Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and the development of reporting dashboards.

- Strategic Negotiation: Strong influencing and negotiation skills when managing candidate expectations and offers.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of SAAS hiring or tech-based recruitment processes.
- Presentation Skills: Competency in communication design and presentation delivery (e.g., PowerPoint / Canva).
Key Performance Indicators (KPI Highlights):
- Success in this role will be measured by performance against the following critical metrics:
- Hiring Efficiency: Significantly reduce backout rates.
- Time to Hire (TAT): Maintain recruitment closure timelines efficiently (e.g., target closure within 90 days).
- Fulfillment Rate: fulfillment of all approved manpower requests (MPRs).
- Data Integrity: Maintain error rate in core recruitment data within the ATS.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Achieve high satisfaction levels from hiring managers through proactive and timely communication.
