Role: Manager - Admission B2C (Edtech)

Location: Bangalore

We have an exclusive partnership with 40 of Indias largest Universities across 16 Indian states, we train 3.5 Lakh students on our platform through 9 Indian languages, work with 500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives and manage over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve monthly targets through effective lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns that meet specific customer needs.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities with corporates, coaching centers, institutions, and potential partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations to promote online degree programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and account management for new partners.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
