Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Management Executive to plan and execute seller-focused events, workshops, and activations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in event coordination, vendor management, and on-ground execution, ensuring seamless and high-quality seller experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute seller-focused events, workshops, and activations.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders for smooth event execution.
• Develop and manage event budgets; track expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Handle end-to-end logistics including venue booking, catering, branding, and technical setup.
• Create and manage event timelines, checklists, and post-event performance reports.
• Ensure brand consistency and deliver premium, engaging experiences for sellers.
• Manage on-ground operations and handle last-minute changes effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and vendor coordination.
