Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead the FP&A team in providing financial insights to support business decisions.

What you will do: Develop financial models, analyze financial data, and present findings to senior management.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and mentor a team of FP&A analysts.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA in Finance or relevant field.
• Experience managing FP&A teams.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in a technology company preferred.
