Customer Support Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and/or written communication in English.
• Respond to inbound client calls, delivering fast and efficient service assisting clients with their immediate needs
• Resolve problems at first point of contact in a friendly and helpful manner and take personal countability for the resolution of customer concerns.
• Immediately deal with or escalate suspected or recognized customer issues as per defined procedures.
• Ensure that corporate and departmental quality is met, utilizing Customer Care protocols and deliver service excellence in every interaction.
• Ensure that corporate and departmental productivity measurements are met.
• Accurately obtain and confirm client personal information to ensure maintenance of privacy code standards.
• Adhere to compliance scripts when completing transactions.
• Use modern technology to access web-based information to remain current on products, services, systems and processes.
• Build relevant professional relationships with internal contacts.
• May work in areas with continual background noise and distractions.
• Dexterity and coordination frequently required to accurately access and enter computer database information.
• Prolonged sitting while answering the telephone.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficiency in computer basics Windows based environment and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to navigate and utilize supplied systems effectively.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Persuasive
• Good negotiation skills
• Should have a flair for Customer Service
