Job Description
International Customer Support Executive Chat And Voice process
Location: Malad / Goregaon
Shift: International (Night Shifts)
Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational week-offs
Transport: One-way cab facility provided
Salary: Up to 5.3 LPA
Role & responsibilities
• Handle customer queries via voice and non-voice channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain professional communication with clients across international markets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to process guidelines.
Requirements:
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Willingness to work in international shift timings.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
• Minimum 6 months experience in International Chat Process
• Strong communication skills (written English)
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
