Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client engagement post onboarding – delivery, communication, and satisfaction
- Act as primary client SPOC for ongoing projects and escalations
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery by coordinating with engineering, QA, and PM teams
- Drive client retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Conduct regular status calls, reviews, and success metrics tracking
- Manage scope changes, expectations, and risk mitigation
- Ensure SLA, quality, and outcome commitments are met
- 8+ years of experience in Client Success / Account Management / Delivery Management
- Strong exposure to IT services, software development, or digital agency models
- Excellent stakeholder management & client communication skills
- Experience handling international clients (US/UK/AU) preferred
- Understanding of Agile, SDLC, and project delivery frameworks
