We are seeking a skilled Computer Vision Engineer to join our team and help develop cutting-edge visual algorithms and AI models. As part of our AI division, you will work on image processing, object detection, and machine learning techniques to build applications for industries such as manufacturing, technology, and research. This role offers the chance to work on innovative projects and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of developing and implementing person tracking and object tracking models for industrial use cases.
• Analyze recorded video footage to extract meaningful insights for safety and compliance reporting.
• Research and implement best-in-class tracking algorithms, leveraging deep learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and traditional CV techniques.
• Optimize batch processing pipelines for scalable and efficient analysis.
  

Must Haves

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in computer vision and deep learning.
• Strong understanding of person tracking, object tracking, and multi-object tracking (MOT).
• Proficiency in Python, OpenCV, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• 
  Experience with YOLO, Faster R-CNN, DeepSORT, SORT, or other tracking models.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without waiting for instructions.
• Experience with batch processing and offline inference for video analysis.
• Familiarity with data storage (SQL/NoSQL) and scalable pipeline development.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Passion for working in a startup environment, where speed, adaptability, and self-motivation are crucial.
  

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with cloud-based processing (Azure) and scalable storage solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, MQTT, or event-driven architectures for video processing.
• Ability to integrate CV insights into reporting tools for the use of Industrial plants.
