Founders Associate, Office Of The CEO & CTO

Position Overview

Techdome is seeking a high-ownership professional to support the CEO and CTO in translating strategic priorities into executed outcomes. The role serves as the connective layer between leadership direction and operational delivery, ensuring that decisions made at the top are converted into structured plans, assigned to accountable owners, and carried through to completion.

The position spans Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations, and carries a mandate to identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert leadership discussions into structured action plans with defined ownership, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to completion, measured by outcomes rather than progress updates
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks
• Prepare client-ready pitch decks, proposals, and executive briefing materials
• Participate in client and business development engagements and manage all associated follow-through
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research, and deliver actionable recommendations
• Design and implement AI-enabled or automated solutions for recurring manual processes, including research, reporting, and documentation
• Manage ad hoc strategic and cross-functional projects

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Founders Office, Business Operations, Strategy, Business Development, or early-stage startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in unstructured settings
• Strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem identification
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets modeling
• Regular, practical use of AI tools in daily work
• Discretion with confidential information and strong multitasking ability

• Experience in a high-velocity startup or founders office
• Exposure to client-facing or BD functions
• Working knowledge of Notion, Asana, or Trello
• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, Healthcare, Fintech, or Enterprise Technology
• MBA preferred but not required; a strong execution record is weighted more heavily

• Direct involvement in strategy, technology, AI, BD, client relationships, and operations
• Regular access to executive leadership and participation in key decisions
• Broad organizational scope with significant autonomy
• Defined progression toward senior leadership or strategy roles

Strategic initiatives raised by leadership are consistently delivered. Stakeholders remain aligned, obstacles are resolved promptly, and no critical item is missed.
