Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be a crucial member of our field operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our offshore oil and gas facilities. Your expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance will be vital to our operational success.
What you will do: You will conduct routine inspections, diagnose equipment malfunctions, perform repairs, and implement preventative maintenance procedures across a range of critical systems.
Key responsibility:
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on oil and gas equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
