Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager located in Vadodara.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs.

The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

Building a talent pipeline, conducting market research, and maintaining recruitment databases are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and staffing

- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools

- Proficiency in candidate screening and interview coordination

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA Preferred)

- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
