Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital Excellence / Omnichannel Engagement team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical or life sciences digital analytics, omnichannel strategy, and marketing data analysis. Youll play a key role in transforming data into insights that drive engagement across HCPs (Healthcare Professionals), patients, and other stakeholders.
This position demands expertise in digital marketing analytics, CRM-based engagement, and advanced analytics, with hands-on experience using pharma omnichannel data and analytics platforms like Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization for digital and omnichannel analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, sales, IT, and data science teams to define KPIs and campaign success metrics.
- Analyze performance data from CRM, marketing automation, and digital platforms to generate actionable insights.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements for analytics teams to develop dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Facilitate workshops to identify improvement opportunities in digital engagement and customer journey mapping.
- Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for analytics and reporting projects.
- Support segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies for HCPs and patients.
- Ensure adherence to pharma compliance and data privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality, process optimization, and omnichannel performance metrics.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical/data teams, ensuring smooth delivery of analytics solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Analytics Professional within Pharma / Life Sciences.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, CRM systems, and digital engagement workflows.
- Hands-on experience with pharma omnichannel data (CRM, email, web, field force, social media, call center).
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Exposure to Databricks or other modern data platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Experience Cloud preferred.
- Working knowledge of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Information Systems (Master’s / MBA preferred).
