Job Description
- As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our team by leading a group of professionals to develop and implement innovative edtech solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the team to ensure smooth operations
- Developing and executing strategic plans for achieving business objectives and revenue growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch edtech products and services
- Fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team
- Ensuring alignment with industry trends, education standards, and customer needs
- Driving product development, testing, and quality assurance processes
- Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to shape the product roadmap and strategy
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team handling, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of education technology trends, products, and services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities
- Strategic thinking capabilities with a focus on driving innovation
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools

In addition to the above, you will need to have the ability to think strategically to drive innovation and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. This is a full-time position based in Kochin, Kerala, requiring in-person work. Relocation or reliable commuting to the location is necessary.
