Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales / Lead Generation professional who has a strong background in IT services sales, understands B2B decision-makers, and can drive meetings and pipeline creation through structured outbound efforts.

This role is execution-focused, with ownership of prospect engagement, lead qualification, and appointment generation for the sales leadership team.

Job Qualification

  • 7+ years of experience in outbound sales / lead generation within an IT services or technology consulting company
  • Proven track record of converting cold prospects into qualified leads and appointments
  • Strong experience selling or positioning:
  • Software services
  • Technology consulting
  • Custom development / digital services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Must have closed multi-million dollar deals in software services.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Ability to engage with CXOs, Founders, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Procurement
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise decision-making
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and outcome-oriented mindset

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups

    identified prospects into qualified leads
    through structured discovery conversations
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments for leadership / sales teams
  • Build and manage a target account and prospect list aligned with ABC Consultings offerings
  • Understand ABC Consultings service portfolio and position value effectively during outreach
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead, activity, and pipeline data
  • Work closely with sales leadership and marketing teams to align on messaging and targets
  • Track outreach performance and continuously improve conversion ratios
  • Handle objections professionally and nurture prospects until readiness to engage
  • Ensure consistent pipeline creation aligned with monthly and quarterly goals
