Lead AI/ML Engineer

• Role Overview
• We are hiring a Lead AI/ML Engineer to build intelligent, scalable AI applications using machine learning, Generative AI, and large language models.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and operationalize AI/ML solutions for business requirements.
• Build LLM applications using RAG, NLP, and deep learning techniques.
• Create ML models and pipelines using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Implement semantic search using FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
• Utilize LangChain or LlamaIndex for AI application development.
• Deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools, Apache Spark, and cloud data services.
• Monitor model performance and optimize production workloads.
• Required Expertise
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of AI/ML development experience.
• Strong Python, cloud deployment, data engineering, and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and scalable data platforms.
