Conduct end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment from
sourcing to onboarding.

renewals, staff accommodation renewals and Visa renewals

through Jafza Portal (Dubai trade).
black small square HRM (Firstbit software) implementation experience as a core team
black small square Handling Group insurance, Property insurance and workmen
compensation
black small square Ensure compliance with Jafza and UAE Labor laws.
black small square Oversee employee onboarding, performance management and
disciplinary actions.
black small square Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
black small square Prepare HR metric reports: staff turnover, visa status,
accommodation usage.
black small square Set up key responsibility areas (KRA) & key performance indicators (KPI).
black small square Design and maintain organizational charts.
black small square Lead ISO certification processes and ensure ongoing compliance
black small square Managing all type of Trackers including administration, document
expiry, Compliance and recruitment to ensure timely renewals and
updated documentation, maintaining compliance and efficiency
