Job Description
- You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing Business Development Management to be considered for this role based in Hyderabad/Bangalore.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading client acquisition efforts in the recruitment sector. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to develop effective strategies, understand the recruitment industry, and build strong relationships with clients.
Your key responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new clients, conducting market research, networking with industry stakeholders, creating sales plans, developing proposals, collaborating with recruitment teams, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular updates to senior management.

To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,
