HR Transformation Lead / Program Manager

Role Summary

The HR Transformation Lead / Program Manager will lead large-scale, enterprise-wide HR and Finance transformation programs, driving strategy through implementation, stabilization, and optimization. This role requires deep expertise in HR technology platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow), strong executive stakeholder management, and proven experience governing complex, multi-vendor transformation initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide HR and Finance transformation programs from strategy to delivery and optimization.
• Own program outcomes including value realization, risk management, and governance.
• Engage CxO and senior stakeholders, translating strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Ensure solution alignment with Target Operating Models across cloud and legacy platforms.
• Govern multi-vendor delivery, including RFPs, commercial management, and quality assurance.
• Drive change management, adoption, and alignment with BPO strategies.
