Cloud Support Engineer

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in AWS infrastructure operations, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-account AWS environments.
• Strong knowledge of incident management platforms, especially PagerDuty.
• 
  AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent.
• Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.

• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Athena, Glue, QuickSight) for operational insights.
• Exposure to machine learning-based anomaly detection for proactive incident prevention.
• Understanding of cost governance tools (AWS Cost Explorer, Budgets).
• Prior experience with cross-account event streaming (Firehose, Kinesis).
