Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Work Mode: Hybrid
Required Skills
- Strong experience in the ServiceNow platform and administration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM/ITBM modules.
- Knowledge of:
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Demand Management
- Resource Management
- Financial and Portfolio Management
- Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).
- Strong understanding of Agile and project management methodologies.
- Experience in reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM).
- Experience with Agile Development, APM, or Enterprise Architecture modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and governance.
