- About Teleperformance:

We are currently looking for candidates who are proficient in reading and writing Hindi to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Freshers are welcome to apply, and the salary offered is 21,000 INR CTC per month. Immediate joiners are preferred.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to address and resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are required.
- Graduation is mandatory.
Work Specifics:
- This role involves working 6 days a week with a rotational week off.
- The process is operational 24*7.
- Shifts are 8 hours long and on a rotational basis.
- Both fresher and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory along with good English communication skills.
- The work location is Ambattur- Ambit IT Park, Chennai, and it is an in-office position.
