International Customer Service Executive (Non Voice)

As an International Customer Service Executive based in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer support operations. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and leveraging your strong interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions on a daily basis.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent customer satisfaction, customer support, and customer service management skills. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be essential in addressing customer concerns and maintaining high service standards. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly valued, along with the capacity to manage challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

Familiarity with CRM systems will be advantageous, although not mandatory. A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required for this position.

Key Details of the Job:

• Full-time position located in Mohali
• 5.5 days of work per week
• 1.5 days of the week off
• Rotational shifts, including night shifts
• 9-hour shifts (including an 8-hour work schedule)
• Total Compensation: 30,000 CTC with 26,000 InHand
