- Handle inbound & outbound banking calls
- Assist customers with account, transaction & card-related queries
- Perform up-selling & cross-selling
- Ensure high customer satisfaction & compliance
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers & Experienced candidates
- Graduation Mandatory
- Fluent in English & Hindi or Telugu or Kannada or Malayalam
- English + Any one regional language is mandatory (no Tamil)
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
Job Details:
- 6 Working Days | 1 Rotational Week-Offs
- Day Rotational Shifts
- CTC: 25,000 per month
- Take Home: 21,000 per month
