Job Role: DBS IB Customer Service (Voice Process)
Location: Thane west
Qualification: Graduate
:
- Handle inbound customer service queries professionally
- Provide solutions and support to clients efficiently
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality
Eligibility:
- Graduate (Fresher / Experienced)
- Excellent communication skills (Versant 5 required)
Salary:
- Graduate Fresher: 18,000 in-hand, up to 23,000 CTC
- Graduate with Experience: 22,000 in-hand, up to 27,000 CTC

Shift Timings:
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- One week off (rotational)
