As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls and handle customer query.

FRESHERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLYResponsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Providing product/service information to customers
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass qualification
  
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Excellent communication skill in Hindi+ English
• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
• Looking for Immediate joiners only
• Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number

Shifts:

• No night shift for female
• Any rotational 9 hours shift for male
• 6 working days with 1 rotational week off
