Job Role: Tata Digital Frontend (Email & Inbound Process)
:
We are hiring for the Tata Digital Frontend (Email & Inbound) process. The role involves handling customer queries through email and inbound calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer knowledge and email handling skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Shift Details:
- Girls: Rotational shift between 9 AM to 10 PM
- Boys: 24*7 rotational shift (any 9-hour shift)
- Week Off: Any 1 rotational off
Salary:
- 25,000 CTC
- 20,000 In-hand
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
