THE ROLE
Temenos is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Continuous Improvement specialist in our Global Delivery Center (GDC). The key focus for this role will be to drive measurable improvements in implementation efficiency, predictability, and quality across core banking and SaaS delivery engagements.
The GDC plays a critical role in supporting Temenos mission to deliver industry-leading banking software solutions by optimizing the implementation process for our customers. This team is a key part of the Temenos Services organization, responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in (primarily) global Temenos Transact implementations.
As part of the Continuous Improvement team, this role operates at the intersection of delivery execution, product engineering, SaaS operations, and partner ecosystems, with a mandate to convert implementation experience and field learnings into repeatable, scalable improvements. The specialist works closely with implementation consultants, SaaS experts, partner delivery teams, and product organizations to address structural inefficiencies across solution design, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment.
The role is hands-on and outcome-driven, requiring deep techno-functional credibility in core banking implementations (Temenos Transact or equivalent). The Continuous Improvements Specialist is expected to go beyond advisory input and actively drive initiatives such as delivery accelerators, standardized implementation patterns, tooling enhancements including opportunities through AI, and process refinements that can be institutionalized across regions and programs.
He/she will be an individual contributor, part of a small team for Continuous Improvements.

Drive cross-program efficiencies by institutionalizing best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets. Act as a bridge between delivery, product, and SaaS teams, ensuring field feedback is converted into actionable improvements.
Collaboration In GDC
As part of the management team of the GDC, contribute to initiatives that improve the overall results of the GDC. Collaborate within the management team on both bilateral and team basis.
Skills
Core Experience
1215 Years Of Hands-on Techno-functional Implementation Experience In
Temenos Transact or
Other Tier-1 core banking platforms (e.g., Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Flexcube, etc.)
Proven Experience Across Multiple End-to-end Implementations, Including
Requirements analysis and solution design
Configuration and customization
SIT, UAT, and production cutovers
Deep Exposure To Complex Integration Landscapes Involving
(If Transact expert) Hands-on experience in integrations of Transact with other Temenos products like TAP, Infinity, TDH
Third-party Systems
Experience in data migration life cycles will be a good value-add, covering:
Source system analysis
Data mapping and transformation
Reconciliation and validation frameworks
SaaS Delivery Exposure
Experience working on or closely with SaaS-Based Implementations is a strong advantage.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
