Job Description
Location: Udaipur (Rajasthan)
Experience: 2+ Years
Job Responsibilities:
* Request and evaluate quotations (RFQs) from multiple vendors
* Compare prices and prepare cost analysis statements
* Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
* Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor order status
* Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays
* Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
* Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and finance departments
* Handle invoice verification and processing (PO – GRN – Invoice matching)
Key Skills Required:
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
* Good knowledge of procurement processes
* Experience in preparing RFQs and PO documentation

* Proficiency in MS Excel
* ERP system knowledge preferred
* Good communication and coordination skills
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 2+ years of relevant purchase/procurement experience
* Experience in manufacturing/alloy/industrial setup preferred
* Detail-oriented and strong follow-up skills
