• Responsibilities:
• ? Assist with hiring needs and manage different online sourcing Platforms for recruitment and develop recruitment related Documents.
• ? Coordinate with the candidates Proactively
• ? Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives And systems
• ? Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job Descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• ? Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Skills Required:
• -candidate should be willing to join immediately. -must have at least Bachelor&aposs degree
• ? Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to Deliver engaging
• presentations.
• ? Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay Focused and generate high
• quality leads.
• ? Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts).
• ? Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-Motivated and Organized
• ? Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task Excellent Organizational skills
• ? Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
