Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Patna. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools and educational institutions, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying potential partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding institutional needs, proposing suitable Ten-X Resources solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to closure. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers, coordinating with internal teams for solution design and implementation, and tracking sales activities using CRM tools. The Business Development Executive will also contribute to market research, participate in events or outreach programs, and provide regular reports on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities in the education sector.
• Solid Account Management and relationship-building capabilities to maintain and grow partnerships with schools and institutions.
• Effective Business and Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, edtech, training services, or related domains.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Comfort with on-site client engagement, field visits, and travel within Patna and nearby regions as required.
• Ability to work with targets, analyze data, use CRM or sales tracking tools, and report on performance metrics.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
