Work From Home For Graduate/12th Pass Candidates

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry & Processing: Accurate data entry into online systems or software tools, including spreadsheets, forms, and databases.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer queries through email, chat, or phone calls. Provide solutions to inquiries, process requests, and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Administrative Assistance: Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Content Writing/Editing: If applicable, you may be asked to write or edit content for blogs, websites, or social media platforms. Attention to grammar, spelling, and structure is essential.
  • Sales & Marketing: Assist in online sales activities by generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, or helping with social media marketing campaigns.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with team members to monitor progress on ongoing projects. Ensure tasks are completed within the set timeframe and report any delays.
  • Data Collection & Research: Conduct market research or gather information on specific topics. Analyze findings and present the results in a structured format.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualification: A graduate degree or 12th-pass (high school diploma) from any discipline.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (or other required languages). Ability to express ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, Zoom, Google Meet, or Slack is a plus.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Self-discipline and excellent organizational skills are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, especially in data entry and content creation.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and find solutions, especially in customer service or technical tasks.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and dependability to ensure consistent work performance.
  • Internet Access: A stable internet connection, as the job will require online communication, research, and task completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer support, data entry, or virtual assistance is an advantage but not mandatory.
