Software Trainee

Company Overview:

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
• Work under the guidance of senior developers across Java, Python, React, and AI/ML technologies.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and solve technical issues effectively.
• Demonstrate commitment to learning new technologies and adhering to project timelines.

Educational Qualification:

• BE / BTech (IT, Computer Science), MCA, MSc (Computer Science), BCA, BSc (Computer Science). Non-IT graduates may be considered based on performance in the technical evaluation.
• Year of Passing:2024 or 2025 only.
• Academic Requirement: Minimum 70% throughout academics.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months (internship or equivalent project experience).
• Willingness to work in a startup environment.
• Ready to join immediate at Kochi.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java / Python / React).
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Selection Method:

Interviews will be conducted every Saturday across multiple locations Kochi, Coimbatore, Chennai, and Bangalore. Candidates shortlisted from the preliminary screening round will be invited to attend the in-person interview.
