The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a strong understanding of testing methodologies. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the testing services sector.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  
• Create and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our testing services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
• Prepare and submit proposals and bids in response to client requests.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
• Attend industry conferences and events to promote the company and network with potential clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6-12 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in testing services or related industries.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
