Job Description
Must Have:
- Strong Domain Experience in Commercial Lines, Worker's Comp etc.
- Strong experience in Test Strategy, Testing Methodologies and Best Practices
- Ability to lead and manage a team while being individual contributor as well
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for Stakeholder Management
- Collaboration skills with Business and Other Vendors
- Planning and management capabilities
- Proactiveness for continues optimization and betterment
- Exposure to any Insurance CoTs platform (e.g. Guidewire, Sapiens etc.)
Good to Have:
- Exposure to ALM tool Jira, ADO etc.
- Awareness of the DevOps implementation
- Ability to multi task and handle competing priorities
- Need basis decision making ability. 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on P&C insurance platforms
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects within the insurance domain.
- Experience with P&C products of leading solution providers.
