How Youll Spend Your Day

• Execute preventive, breakdown, building, AMC maintenance activities in a shift by managing available resources to achieve shift maintenance plan.
• Provide inputs for preparing & adhere to unique planner for planned preventive maintenance & instrument calibrations for effective maintenance and adherence to standards.
• Execute assigned tasks as per planned maintenance activity to meet maintenance targets for shift.
• Cater to machine and facility maintenance requirements as a responsible member of the team with overall ownership of Breakdowns & Maintenance handling.
• Increase the efficiency of area by ensuring better utilization of equipment and by reducing downtime in manufacturing area.
• Ensure the effective shift handover and takeover in order to make the effective communications within the team and CFT as well.
• Maintain the logbooks in good condition with required GDP requirements.
• Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time-critical equipment repairs.
• On time closure of Safety tasks and its compliances.
• Execute breakdown work expeditiously with safety and in compliance with cGMP.
• Receipt and tracking the job card for the break down activity.
• Maintain critical spares inventory of all machines to reduce resolution time.
• Analysis the preventive, breakdown maintenance and implement best practices in order to improve OEE & change the approach from breakdown to PM.
• Maintain the inventory of critical spares and consumables by tracking consumption and monitoring of stocks.
• Ensure the on time closure of the trainings.
• Monitor cGMP compliance in the impact domain and report any incident / cGMP deviation to the Shift In charge.
• Maintain online documentation and timely entries in all documents in cGMP environment and their supporting documents.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documents inline to cGMP and GEP & Global Engg Teva Standards
• Propose and implement new idea to enhance production, optimise the use of consumable goods and maximum utilization of resources.
• Provide new ideas and simplify processes to reduce process cycle time and achieve new targets.
• Always keep ready the systems, equipments, facility for the audits and production activities.
• Share and comply the safety observations.
• Ensure the ontime closure of planned maintenance, AMCs, BMs, Calibrations, Validations.
• Face the internal and external audits as applicable.
• Implement action plans for improving on deficiencies observed through internal / external audits/inspections.
• Interact with OEMs for projects, automations, alternate vendor development, quality issues and maintenance.
• Manage and deliver any other activities assigned by reporting manager/HOD.
