Texmaco Nymwag Rail & Component - General Manager - Human Resources

Purpose of the Job:
Maximize the use of Human Resources through effective maintenance of Human Resources Systems such as Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management System, Policy/Practices, Payroll Management and Morale and Motivation.
:
-Plan and facilitate successful implementation of manpower planning for corporate function.
- Lead recruitment and selection activities to meet the right human resource needs.
- Manage and oversee all types of employment contracts of staff & above
- Initiate and implement the performance appraisal system and ensure successful completion within time limits.
- Handle and proactively resolve all types of HR & Admin issues/grievances of the people independently and maintain harmonious relations.
- Ensure compliance and administration of all staff related matters and recommend changes as and when required.
- Promote reward & recognition in the organization.
- Administer and oversee the various Employee engagement activities.
- Responsible for all HR MIS, Personal Files and other information for staff & above as required by Management
- Responsible for staff & above time office & payroll
- Provide all necessary inputs and coordinate with the Payroll vendor for the processing of salary.
- Engage with the team to ensure day-to-day HR support meets both quantity and quality standards.
- Create HR policies & practices as per industry practices & Implementing the HR policies and re-working on them as per laws and other organizational changes
- Liaison with statutory government officials on regular basis

- Manage Relationships with other Functional/Departmental / Plant Managers on an ongoing basis.
- Build networks, and establish strategic links with internal divisions, external agencies and/or groups.
- Lead & supervise administration for smooth functioning of the business.
- Take up specific HR projects
- Support in Hiring for all Levels, selection of the candidate to finalize the salary for Plant Requirements as well.
- Manage the JV HO Staff / Manpower Performance Appraisals, Promotions and Increments.
Qualification: Full Time MBA/PGDM in HR from only premiere institute in India.
