Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Acacia Hotel in Morjim, Goa, India. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our hotel facilities. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in maintenance work.
Qualifications And Skills

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks and procedures.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic computer skills to maintain digital records and complete maintenance reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing hotel equipment and facilities.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to minimize disruption to hotel operations.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
