Company Description The organization runs intensive 90-day applied AI programs focused on Generative AI Engineering and digital product development. Participants work in live product teams, gaining hands-on experience from concept to demo. Each cohort concludes with a Demo Day, where teams pitch startup-style projects to stakeholders and potential partners. Program fees are placement-linked, aligning outcomes with learner success. The campus is located in Ajmer, Rajasthan, providing an immersive, in-person learning environment.

Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajasthan, India, responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of the 90-day applied AI programs. Day-to-day activities include scheduling sessions, managing program timelines, and coordinating with instructors, mentors, and guest speakers. The role involves overseeing learner experience, tracking progress, addressing operational issues, and ensuring smooth execution of live product team activities and Demo Day events. The Program Manager will collaborate with admissions and placement teams, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and continuously improve program workflows based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with learners, faculty, and external partners.
• Familiarity with technology or education programs, ideally in AI, software, or digital product development.
• Ability to analyze program performance data and implement improvements to processes and learner experience.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Engineering, Education, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment and supporting events such as Demo Days and workshops.
• Prior experience in career services, placements, or startup ecosystems is beneficial.
